1. Services Provided

AI Clips, operated by Square Deals Pty Ltd, provides AI-assisted video editing services. We transform long-form video content into short-form clips suitable for social media platforms. Our service includes automated transcription, cropping, and human-led refinement.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accessible video links and clear instructions. You must ensure that you own or have the necessary permissions for all content submitted to us.

3. Submitted Content Rights

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content, you grant AI Clips a limited license to edit and process the material to fulfill your order. We will not use your content for our own promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before editing commences for one-off packs. Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery is within 48 hours for standard orders. Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on volume and complexity. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues or incomplete instructions.

6. Amendments and Revisions

Each order includes one round of minor amendments (e.g., spelling fixes, minor cropping adjustments) requested within 3 days of delivery. Major changes or additional revision rounds may incur extra fees at our standard hourly rate.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once editing has commenced. If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you through the amendment process to resolve concerns.

8. No Guarantee of Performance

AI Clips does not guarantee specific social media results, including but not limited to views, followers, engagement, or “viral” status. Our service is for technical and creative editing only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Square Deals Pty Ltd and AI Clips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.
